Creator Superpowers (“we”, “us”) sells digital guides and toolkits at creatorsuperpowers.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Purchases: payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Polar (polar.sh). Polar collects your name, email, billing details and payment information to complete the order, handle tax and deliver your download. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can support you.
• Emails you send us: if you contact us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
• Basic site data: our host may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work. It only loads, and only sets cookies, after you click Accept in our cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is sent to Meta from your browser. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. When you buy, our checkout partner tells us about the order and we report the purchase to Meta (with your email address in hashed form) so we can measure our ads; you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How we use your information

To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, send receipts and, only if you opt in, send occasional emails about new guides. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal information.
